PouchOut lets you log pouch use, cravings, triggers, and progress toward your personal quitting goals. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Because this data stays on your device, we do not have access to it, cannot recover it if your device is lost or reset, and it is not included in any account-level data we hold about you.
With your permission, PouchOut may read heart rate data from Apple's HealthKit framework to help you understand patterns between your nicotine use and physical indicators such as heart rate.
Heart rate data accessed through HealthKit is processed on your device to provide this feature and is not transmitted to our servers.
We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any use-based data mining purpose, and we do not share HealthKit data with third parties, consistent with Apple's requirements for apps that use HealthKit.
You control HealthKit permissions at any time through your device's Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Health.
